Reminder Process for Outstanding Paperwork

Updated: Jun 18

We’re always working to provide you with the best possible service, and this includes finding new ways to communicate effectively and keep things running smoothly. Over time, we’ve noticed that emails alone aren’t always getting your attention, and we completely understand, given busy schedules and overflowing inboxes!

However, some paperwork is essential to ensure you avoid SARS penalties, which can amount to around 10% of your tax paid, depending on the type. This is not the kind of expense we want you to face, and delays in paperwork affect our ability to work efficiently and focus on improving our services for you.

To make reminders quicker and clearer, we’re updating our process for outstanding documents as follows:

  • Email: You’ll receive an email outlining the required paperwork. This creates a paper trail you can refer to whenever needed

  • Phone Call: Expect a follow-up phone call and a voicemail if you don’t answer

  • WhatsApp: As the final reminder, you’ll get a WhatsApp message.

All reminders will occur within about a week. If we do not receive the requested documents, we will need to put your job on hold and move it to the back of the queue.

We appreciate your understanding and collaboration to help us protect you from unnecessary tax penalties and ensure we continue to offer the personal, outstanding service you expect from APS Africa.

Thank you for helping us keep our client relationships strong. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
